CAN POSTS BE CUT TO A CUSTOM HEIGHT?
Yes. If you don't see the post height needed, posts can be cut down onsite, or we can cut them for you for an additional $8 per post.
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE A SHELVING UNIT IN THE DIMENSION(S) I NEED?
No problem. You can purchase individual components and build a shelving unit in the stock dimensions offered. Our team can also help guide you in selecting the right parts configuration for your custom setup. **Please note: Fully custom dimensions are not offered.
ARE PRODUCTS DELIVERED ASSEMBLED?
All Nexel products ship unassembled via components unless noted otherwise.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as PayPal, ACH, and check. **Please note: All checks and bank cards must be drawn on a US bank and must clear before order processing.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is determined by the state to which your order will be shipped. We charged sales tax on orders shipping to Texas, where our business is located, as well as to states where we are required to register: California, Maryland, Mississippi, and Florida. For orders shipping to minor outlying countries, sales tax must be paid via your freight forwarder before the shipment is released from the US. Sales taxes can be removed with a valid tax exemption or resale certificate.
WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days unless an order is large, special, custom, or out of stock. Please contact us directly about urgent orders, and we are more than happy to coordinate quicker shipping.
DO YOU SHIP NATIONWIDE?
Yes. With five distribution centers, we're able to ship quickly and cost-effectively to most locations across the US.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. However, you may use a freight forwarder and customs broker of your choice to handle the pickup and shipment of your order. **Please note: All international orders must be paid via ACH at the time of order.
WHY ARE SHIPPING COSTS SO HIGH?
Wire shelving is heavy and bulky, often with oversized dimensions, which can make shipping expensive. Fortunately, we offer a freight program that helps identify the most cost-effective shipping options for our customers. You also have the option to use your own freight carrier account if you prefer.
DO I NEED A LIFT GATE FOR THE DELIVERY?
Lift gates are not included in freight quotes, so please let us know whether this additional service is needed.
